Healthy Shake For Those Cravings

I recently discovered this recipe for a healthy and delicious, though not-too-sweet, chocolate shake. I love to make this when I’m craving chocolate or dessert but I still want to stick to a healthy diet.

1 perfectly ripe banana
1 c coconut milk, almond milk or your favorite milk
2 T cocoa powder
2 T almond butter or peanut butter
1 T chia seeds
1-2 T honey or more to taste

Blend together in blender & enjoy! You can also add a little pomegranate juice or coconut oil if you have those on hand. Have fun with it and make it your own!
